Supporting the day-to-day running of our parks are Tracey Stoddard and Wayne Mail, our experienced Operations Managers, who help maintain the high standards across all locations. Alongside them, our founder and partners bring years of industry knowledge and expertise, guiding the continued growth and success of WPH Group Ltd while ensuring our core values remain at the heart of everything we do.

Founder – White Park Homes Group

Michael JV White purchased his first Residential Park Home Estate in Derbyshire in 1972 which we are proud to say is still owned and operated by White Park Homes.

This purchase was the start of what would become the WPH Group with both Michael and his sons and now grandchildren continuing to grow the business from the original park in Derbyshire to a national level with over 20 locations across the UK.

Michael MA White is a distinguished leader in the park home development industry with over 40 years of experience, known for his innovative approach and financial expertise in delivering profitable projects from site acquisition through construction and financial management.

His strategic vision has driven the success of numerous developments, significantly increasing their value and profitability. His diverse portfolio includes thriving residential and leisure communities and his commitment to excellence, sustainability, and community well-being sets him apart as a pivotal figure in the sector. Michael’s extensive knowledge and successful track record make him a respected authority in park home development.

Michael Thomas White is a highly experienced and commercially astute property developer with over 20 years of hands-on expertise in acquiring, developing, and enhancing residential and holiday park assets across the UK. Having grown up within a family of park operators spanning three generations, Michael’s professional trajectory has been marked by an exceptional ability to identify strategic land and park opportunities, execute profitable acquisitions, and significantly increase asset values through licensing, planning uplifts, and carefully managed redevelopment. His development model is grounded in disciplined financial management, conservative gearing, and the reinvestment of capital. Michael has demonstrated repeated success in securing underutilised or mixed-use parks, obtaining planning enhancements, and repositioning sites to maximise both income generation and long-term capital growth.

In addition to development and acquisition, Michael also oversees direct Park Home and lodge sales, structured ground rent income, creating multi-channel revenue streams. Michael’s operations span across the the UK, reflecting a nationally scalable business model driven by planning gain, product diversification, and consistent reinvestment.
