The park is situated just four miles from Derby City Centre; an ideal location as it’s only a twenty minute drive from Nottingham and Leicester and around forty minutes from Birmingham.

Moreover, our log cabins can also be used as a base to explore the nearby national forest or visit local attractions such as Alton Towers Resort, Drayton Manor Theme Park, Nottingham Castle and many more great places to visit locally. Our lodges are designed to create the perfect holiday for you and the family. These luxurious homes are set in carefully landscaped gardens, have state-of-the-art hot tubs, free Wi-Fi and off-road parking to each park home. Local attractions are easily accessible and there is close proximity to international airports. There’s plenty of good leisurely walks nearby and we even have the Club W Gym and Spa on-site for those more active types. We have a full-time on-site park manager to look after you and your needs.
Our newest range of luxury lodges are from the Loxley Range. These new homes are built to surpass British Standards 3632:2015 for Residential Park Homes, and are spaciously designed with two good sized bedrooms that sleep up to four people with the master bedroom making up a six berth home. The master bedroom also comes with its very own en-suite bathroom. The main family bathroom was designed with a Victorian bath for a relaxing soak after a long day exploring with the family. The main living space accommodates a good sized kitchen dining area with an adjoining open plan living room which is of excellent quality and great for family living. All rooms come with LED televisions and the living room has a games console included for all the family to enjoy. You have easy access onto the deck through the patio doors where you can relax in the new state-of-the-art hot tub or just catch some rays and top up that tan.
